Choosing the bubble size
This installation brings suspended reflective bubbles into an angled space in Anaheim. I worked on CG simulation, visual evaluation and spatial planning, comparing diameters of 250 mm and 300 mm. I used plans, elevations and three fixed camera views to assess how the change in size affected the overlap between bubbles and their reflections.
Layout in plan and elevation
I developed the size comparisons in plan and elevation, checking the extent of each arrangement and the distribution of bubbles by height. The footprint includes a 135-degree corner, so the layout also had to be considered in relation to this angled edge.

Camera configuration
I used three camera positions at an eye height of 1,600 mm with a 24 mm lens. From each position, I rendered both diameters with the same framing. This let me compare changes in scale and overlap while keeping the surrounding view consistent.
